Female Workforce Development Project
The Female Workforce Development Project is conducted to help women in various classes and sectors participate in economic activity by providing aggressive support. Programs include vocational training and employment and entrepreneurship support, as follows
- Training for re-employment for housewives who want to return to the workforce
- Vocational training for women with a career break
- Career counseling, vocational training and employment arrangement through a tailored employment support program
- A social job employment support program to promote women’s employment in the social services sector
- Cooking, computer and barista classes to promote employment and entrepreneurship
- Matching marriage immigrant women with internship opportunities to help them find a regular job

Nonsan Health and Family Support Center
Objective
To provide tailored family support services, taking into consideration the characteristics of the local residents, with a user-centered service delivery system, as a means to promote family stability and family relations
Roles
- Provide primary family support services for families in the local community
- Conduct family life education, counseling and cultural programs for each region
- Provide integrated family support services in connection with the relevant agencies in the local community
- Conduct family status surveys and resident needs surveys
- Provide information related to family life for families in the local community

- Family education
- Family education according to life cycle: family management academy, family education for seniors, education to prepare for seniorhood
- Parent education and education for couples: education for prospective married couples, education for newlyweds, and education for parents

- Programs to create a family-friendly culture: experience events for families and campaigns
